The Story of J&R Coatings Technologies Owners
Meet Justin Lacroix, co-owner of J&R Coating Technologies. He brings over a decade of expertise in bathtub refinishing/ reglazing to the team. Justin's keen eye for detail and dedication to the art of HVLP (High Volume / Low Pressure) techniques sets him apart. He is a true craftsman with fiberglass resin and putty solutions to various bathtub repairs. Justin is passionate about sharing his knowledge, making him a natural teacher in the field. Many people have learned the trade from Justin as he managed a multi-truck refinishing company for many years prior to co-founding J&R Coating.

Justin is also well-versed in the latest modern coatings, using cutting-edge primers and nano-ceramic sealants to achieve results that exceed industry standards. Beyond work, he's a devoted family man, cherishing quality time with his wife and two children through sports, hiking, and playing piano, guitar, and ukulele.

Roxie Allison
Meet Roxie Allison, co-owner of J&R Coating Technologies. His career journey began as a driver for years as an environmental cleanup driver. In 2017, Roxie founded his first company, The Real Steamer, in Springfield, MA. The Real Steamer was a carpet and tile cleaning company equipped with a truck mount.

In 2021, he relocated to live his dream in Daytona Beach, Florida. He owns and actively manages Diamond Floor Cleaning, a restoration company. As a floor cleaning and restoration expert, Roxie recognized the potential of modern coatings to simplify maintenance. His expertise expanded from grout sealers to different types of coatings.
​
One of these coatings, RexSeal, has successful city contracts for anti-graffiti protection. Seeing the demand and the results, he decided to team up with Justin and expand across Florida.

Roxie's passion extends beyond work; he enjoys the Florida lifestyle with his wife, participating in water sports like wave riding, shark fishing, paddleboarding in the springs, and hosting enjoyable cookouts with friends.
